For the past few years I have a deeply respect for Tattoo Artists now a days, this people can make skin look beautiful with their art. I knew about Kat Von D a couple of years ago when a friend of mine had Kat in her my space, at that time when I saw her pictures and her art in her own body made by other famous tattoo artists I was amazed on her own and unique beauty. Kat Von D had grown as an artist and I think she is the most beautiful female tattoo artist in the world, not only she is pretty but her work is amazing. If you would like to see more of Kat’s art visit www.katvond.net

Kat Von D (born as Katherine Von Drachenberg on March 8, 1982 in Monterrey, Mexico) is an Mexican tattoo artist and television personality. She is best known for her work as a featured tattoo artist on the TLC reality television show Miami Ink. A subsequent TLC series starring Von D, LA Ink, premiered August 7, 2007 in the United States and November 11, 2007 in the UK.

Von D was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to Argentine parents of Spanish and German descent. She moved to Los Angeles at age 4 and grew up in the Inland Empire in Southern California. She credits the prominent Latino culture of Los Angeles as being a major influence in her art and style. She quit school when she was 14 and decided she wanted to be a tattoo artist. Kat has been tattooing since she was 16. Von D was asked to work at Miami Ink when Darren Brass had broken his arm. She had a falling out with Ami James which led to her leaving Miami Ink. She has said that she hasn’t talked to any of the members of Miami Ink since her departure.

Following this she got her own show LA Ink, on which she gained the Guiness World Record of most tattoos given by a single person in 24 hours, with a total of 400. She has a book compiling her artworks and tattoos, which was released in January 2009, called “High Voltage Tattoo” with a foreword by Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx. The book traces Von D’s career as an artist, from early childhood influences to recent work, along with examples of what inspires her, information about the show and her shop, her sketches, and personal tattoos. In a January 2009 interview on Anytime with Bob Kushell, Von D said about the book: “It’s not an autobiography, you know, ’cause I’m too young to do that. But this is just kind of like a picture driven outline of my career as an artist. So, you see everything from my drawings when I was six to tattoos that have never before been seen.” She was one of the contributors to Carrie Borzillo-Vrenna’s book Cherry Bomb in which she gave tips on tattooing.

Von D owns her own make-up line on Sephora, and is the creator of the Musink festival. She married fellow tattoo artist Oliver Peck in 2003, but divorced in 2007. She dated Alex “Orbi” Orbison (son of Roy Orbison and drummer for Whitestarr) for six months during the early series of LA Ink and is currently dating Nikki Sixx.

I decided to post about Marylin Monroe cause I feel she was the most natural beauty way back then in her time a very glamorous Hollywood Star. Some people didn’t like her and still don’t, but her beauty will conquer all those negative things that were said about her. I won’t put a side her troubled life, but who doesn’t have a troubled life specially if you are in Hollywood.

Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962), born Norma Jeane Mortenson, but baptized Norma Jeane Baker, was an American actress, singer and model.

After spending much of her childhood in foster homes, Monroe began a career as a model, which led to a film contract in 1946. Her early roles were minor, but her performances in The Asphalt Jungle and All About Eve (both 1950) were well received. She was praised for her comedic ability in such films as Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How to Marry a Millionaire, Some Like It Hot and The Seven Year Itch, and became one of Hollywood’s most popular and glamorous performers.

The typecasting of Monroe’s “dumb blonde” persona limited her career prospects, so she broadened her range. She studied at the Actors Studio and formed Marilyn Monroe Productions. Her dramatic performance in William Inge’s Bus Stop was hailed by critics, and she won a Golden Globe Award for her performance in Some Like it Hot.

The final years of Monroe’s life were marked by illness, personal problems, and a reputation for being unreliable and difficult to work with. The circumstances of her death, from an overdose of barbiturates, have been the subject of conjecture. Though officially classified as a “probable suicide,” the possibility of an accidental overdose, as well as the possibility of homicide, have not been ruled out.

In 1999, Monroe was ranked as the sixth greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute.

I never had the opportunity or time to write in memory of the most acclaimed POP Icon in the music industry. I grew up also listening to Michael Jackson’s magic, no matter what people say or think about him I think he was the most amazing entertainer of all times. I am posting my favorite song and video of MJ, there so many videos I like but this is my favorite. The King of POP will always stay with me…

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009), known as the “King of Pop”, was an American musician and one of the mostcommercially successful and influential entertainers of all time. His unique contributions to music and dance, along with a highly publicized personal life, made him a prominent figure in popular culture for four decades.

Alongside his brothers, he made his debut in 1964 as lead singer and youngest member of The Jackson 5, and began a successful solo career in 1971. His 1982 album Thriller remains the best-selling album of all time, with Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and HIStory(1995) among the best selling. He is widely credited with having transformed the music video from a promotional tool into an art form, with videos for his songs “Billie Jean”, “Beat It” and “Thriller” making him the first African American artist to amass a strong crossover following onMTV. With stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of physically complicated dance techniques, such as therobot and the moonwalk. His distinctive musical sound, vocal style and choreography inspired numerous pop, rock, R&B and hip hop artists, while also breaking down cultural, racial and generational barriers.

One of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, his other achievements feature multiple Guinness World Records—including the “Most Successful Entertainer of All Time”—13 Grammy Awards, 22 American Music Awards (20 only as a solo artist, including one for “artist of the century”), 17 number one singles (including the four as a member of the Jackson 5), and estimated sales between 350 million and 750 million records worldwide.[2] He was also a notable philanthropist and humanitarian who donated and raised millions of dollars through support of 39 charities and his own Heal the World Foundation.

Jackson’s personal life generated controversy for years. His changing appearance was noticed from the late 1970s onwards, with changes to his nose and to the color of his skin drawing media publicity. He was accused of child sexual abuse in 1993 though no charges were brought, and in 2005 he was tried and acquitted of further allegations. He married twice, first in 1994 and again in 1996, and brought up three children, one born to a surrogate mother. While preparing for the This Is It concert tour in 2009, Jackson died at the age of 50 after suffering from cardiac arrest. He reportedly had been administered drugs such as propofol and lorazepam, and his death was ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County coroner. His death triggered an outpouring of grief from around the world with his globally live broadcast memorial service attracting an audience of up to one billion people.

Since I was very young I’ve been a big fan of the most controversial and famous Madonna, I’ve always have love the Vogue song specially when I saw at the MTV music Awards in 1990 and after I saw the video the song has been an icon in my life. I guess that my Stylist talent was hidden at that time and this song always was telling me to Vogue.

Madonna (born Madonna Louise Ciccone on August 16, 1958) is an American recording artist, actress and entrepreneur. Born in Bay City, Michigan, and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan, she moved to New York City in 1977, for a career in modern dance. After performing as a member of the pop musical groups Breakfast Club and Emmy, she released her self-titled debut album Madonna in 1983 on Sire Records.

A series of hit singles from her studio albums Like a Virgin (1984) and True Blue (1986) gained her global recognition, establishing her as a pop icon for pushing the boundaries of lyrical content in mainstream popular music and imagery in her music videos, which became a fixture onMTV. Her recognition was augmented by the film Desperately Seeking Susan (1985) which widely became seen as a Madonna vehicle, despite her not playing the lead. Expanding on the use of religious imagery with Like a Prayer (1989), Madonna received positive critical reception for her diverse musical productions, while at the same time receiving criticism from religious conservatives and the Vatican. In 1992, Madonna founded the Maverick corporation, a joint venture between herself and Time Warner. The same year, she expanded the use of sexually explicit material in her work, beginning the release of the studio album Erotica, followed by the publishing of the coffee table book Sex, and starring in the erotic thriller Body of Evidence, all of which received negative responses from conservatives and liberals alike.

In 1996, Madonna played the starring role in the film Evita, for which she won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy. Madonna’s seventh studio album Ray of Light (1998) became one of her most critically acclaimed, recognized for its lyrical depth. During the 2000s, Madonna released five studio albums, all of which reached top position on the Billboard 200. Departing from Warner Bros. Records, Madonna signed an unprecedented $120 million dollar contract with Live Nation in 2008.

Madonna is ranked by the Recording Industry Association of America as the best-selling female rock artist of the 20th century and the second top-selling female artist in the United States with 63 million RIAA-certified albums; she has sold over 200 million albums worldwide. In 2007, Guinness World Records listed her as the world’s most successful female recording artist of all time and she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame the following year. Considered to be one of the most influential women in contemporary music, Madonna has been known for continually reinventing her music and image and for retaining a standard of autonomy within the recording industry; she is recognized as an influence among numerous music artists.
